EMO in Hanover is the leading international trade fair for metalworking. In Hall 6, Stand D97, we will be presenting our systems for high-precision balancing of components to the specialist public, live to touch and marvel at.
As a machine for flexible and space-saving balancing of components, we will present the OnDesk500, the solution when there is little or no space available for a permanently installed, bulky balancing system. The OnDesk500 can be easily stored on the shelf and is simply removed for balancing, placed on a work surface and ready to use. It offers high precision and can be quickly converted to handle different goods with its variable component holders. The standard measuring system for unbalance measurement “UMS Compact” is removable and can also be used for mobile measurements.
The big brother “Balancer Universal 500” appeals especially to those users who want a system with control cabinet, operating station on the support arm, protective cover and many options for daily balancing in production or laboratory. All components are easily accessible and integrated into the substructure. A protective cover ensures safety when balancing fast-running components and assemblies. With monitor, mouse and keyboard on an adjustable operating arm, using the system is also very comfortable.
At one of the balancing stands we have prepared something to participate in and show which residual imbalances can be reproducibly achieved with the PMB air bearing technologies for workpiece support. Simply balance by yourself on this test bench and convince yourself that residual unbalances of 0.001 gmm and thus residual unbalance masses in the sub-milligram range can be achieved easily and reproducibly.
