Your balancing machine also well supported after purchase - Our after-sales service, for the lifetime of the machine

We have compiled our after-sales services into a customizable service agreement. You choose the modules and benefit from:

Software maintenance and support

Our SWS (Software Maintenance and Support) includes an annual update of your balancing software purchased from us. This means that you always use the latest version of our software. This is especially interesting for updates and new versions of the Windows operating system. In addition, as part of the SWS, we provide free support by phone, e-mail and screen sharing during the initial setup and installation of the software.

Remote support

In case of an emergency, you will receive remote support from one of our specialists. Within 24 hours we are there for you. By phone, by e-mail or online. We provide support by phone and via Teamviewer for troubleshooting, give assistance in setting up the balancing stand or the software for your balancing task.

On site maintenance

Our service agreement "On-site maintenance" includes the inspection, cleaning and adjustment of your PMB balancing systems according to our maintenance schedule. Maintenance of the balancing machines takes place on agreed dates in individual cycles. We will remind you in good time.

Keep in stock of a rental machine / replacement device

However, if your balancing machine or a measuring system should unexpectedly fail and cannot be repaired on site or in short time, we keep a corresponding rental machine or replacement device ready for you. In this case, this stock ensures the fastest possible production readiness within a few days. You send us your defective machine and we repair it - during this time you work with the loaner machine and your production continues.

Calibration service

With a budget agreement, we define a binding annual budget together with you to simplify bureaucracy. You can use this budget for all conceivable activities related to your balancing system: training of your employees, maintenance and repair activities, support or optimization.

Your advantages: Fast response time in case of need (no quotation and no order required) and a predefined availability range - advantageous for planning your annual budget.

Operator training

We train your employees at our premises or at your site in the safe operation and use of our systems. This allows you to start balancing immediately, quickly and efficiently. Expensive operating errors are thus avoided right from the start.


If your product has reached the end of its cycle and the balancing machine is now to balance a new product, we will support you with the retrofit. This is a good opportunity to introduce modernizations and thus keep the machine fit for further long use.
