Components for high speeds in particular benefit from precise balancing, the balancing speed is usually also in the higher range. Our CAROBA\u00ae Balancer Universal 500 extends the application range to the balancing of fast running workpieces in the production area. A conveniently operated hood protects the operator. The magnetic locking device only permits opening when this is safely possible.<\/p>\n

The unbalance measuring system CAROBA\u00ae UMS, the base structure is at the same time an integrated switch cabinet for drive components, pneumatics and control. Solutions for automation support the balancing of large quantities in series production. The various setup variants for different workpieces are fully compatible with the OnDesk 500 worktop version. You can operate the balancing system and evaluate the measurement data either via a comfortable operating terminal with screen and keyboard or a laptop. Both versions are mounted on a robust swing arm.<\/p>\n
